“John got in on the ground floor of cyber and tech risk in 1999 and has built a stellar reputation on delivering skilled underwriting, “says Denis Dei Cont, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Totten Insurance Group. “His expertise will boost broker confidence in this complex risk.”

Tung has over 23 years experience in the industry, and was most recently an associate vice-president at CNA Canada, where he was responsible for the strategy and underwriting of professional liability and cyber, with a focus on technology. With his experience in establishing underwriting guidelines and pricing, Tung will drive Totten’s book of business to navigate a tech-centric marketplace.
